I speculatively called Drew after his failed attempts to ring me, gave him a rather unusual availability request based on my commitment to being an involved parent to my 2 boys, instead of scoffing at me like a lot of other recruiters and employers did despite my reasoning he said leave it with me and I’ll find you something.

Fast forward 2 weeks and I was accepting a new job, I’m now back in contracted work with a company who in 3 weeks have made me feel more valued than my old company did in 4+ years!!

Give this guy your trust and he’ll repay you in spades!!

As a successful Senior Leader and previous Operations Director it matters that I work with organisations who are ethical, child centred and have a growth mindset. The team understand my experience, skills and knowledge and ensure that opportunities they promote are appropriate and not speculative just to get a a deal done.
